3. DOCUMENTATIONS -PHASE 3, this stage we mainly focus on most audited documents and the whole system linked with your operation along your supply chains. This is very proactive, our team will help with not just a template document, but sample and traceability checked and prepared example as your real audit date.
4. INTERNAL AUDIT-PHASE 4, this stage if not required by some regulation, we still need to check your plan, doing and actions that now improved with readiness for all evidences (documentation, records, staff and interview people, environment or area visited), this is the point and views of lead auditor and example date as real audit date.
